All owners are permitted to attend the Annual General Meeting, held within 3 months after the end of the scheme’s financial year.
All owners are permitted to attend committee meetings as observers, provided you give the required 24 hours notice in writing to the body corporate manager (Capitol).
It is recommended that you attend body corporate meetings for your scheme to keep yourself informed of issues at the building, including but not limited to the maintenance required, expenditure, levies, and many other items of interest specific to your complex.
At Capitol, we welcome owners attending meetings as we are transparent and encourage everyone to be knowledgeable and aware of how your body corporate works, the roles of Capitol, your committee, and the Caretaker.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at Capitol so we can assist you with your body corporate queries and issues.
